The SOS Initiative grew out of the personal experiences of a handful of Shluchim who have seen Shliach Oseh Shliach from different sides.

We believe SOS can work better, for the hiring Shliach, the employee Shliach, and their families.

The business world has invested decades in understanding how to hire well, build strong teams, develop leaders, and create healthy workplace cultures. SOS seeks to draw on this expertise and adapt these lessons to the unique world of Shlichus.

Our goal is to build the structure, training, and support to make that happen, and ultimately help Chabad exponentially expand its reach.
